The Healy Tundra Challenge Golf Tournament will take place on Saturday, July 13, at the Black Diamond Golf Course in Healy. This nine-hole, shotgun start, best ball scramble played by teams of four is zany, fun, and very much a spectator sport! Everyone is invited.

Costumes are a tradition and are encouraged! We give amazing prizes for categories such as best team theme, best costumes, winners, red lantern, longest drive, and closest to the pin. New prize categories crop up each year!

We are seeking sponsors and prize donations for this year’s tournament. If you would like to donate to the Scott Menke Memorial Fund or have some amazing products to donate, please contact Kaitlin Lawrence at events@denali.org. (we encourage prizes in groups of four; one for each team member. Grand prizes for the closest to the pin and men’s and women’s longest drive are also welcome!)

The Black Diamond Golf Course will offer food specials and the beer cart will make the rounds (bringing your own alcohol is not permitted). Call the golf course at (907) 683-4653 to reserve power carts ($15), golf clubs ($15), or a pull cart ($4).
